Go to the SirVey platform and it will walk you to complete the required information. Since you may not know or have some of the information needed for your scan, most fields are optional; however, the more information you provide, the more accurate and cost-effective the proposal will be. A clearly defined scope along with drawings and pictures of your project is enough, but additional information on specific building conditions like accessibility or ceiling height really helps. You can load all this info to the SirVey platform.
Through the app, you can specify when you need the proposal. Ideally, having 3 working days ensures a reasonable amount of time to select the most suitable potential suppliers to bid according to your project needs.
